Welcome to our new loft apartment!
Freshly renovated, a spacious, airy and beautifully finished & furnished apartment awaits for your get-away. The Loft is nestled into old farmyard maple trees and overlooks our beautiful back yard, with direct access to the balcony looking out over the pond, fields and forests in the distance. Open-concept living includes a great kitchen with full amenities (including full-sized fridge/freezer and dishwasher), a spacious lounging area, desk space, reading nook and gas fireplace. The cozy bedroom features a king or two XL twin beds; another two fold-out guest beds can be put up in the main living area.
A lovely bathroom, looking out into the tree tops, completes what is truly a special place, renovated with emphasis on local materials and quality throughout. The country ambience flirts with reclaimed Ontario barn board flooring, unique tiles and locally crafted mill work; contemporary furnishings paired with a few carefully chosen antique and vintage pieces create a deep-down cozy space with the airy feel of a bright loft. Nature's colours and serene country views surround the space, lots of light streams into the apartment from all sides.
While it's a self-catering unit, we do offer special breakfast services to those who might enjoy a taste of our signature October Sunrise Frühstück. Delivered right to the door, a breakfast hamper is available on request.

The loft, a spacious one-bedroom apartment, accommodates two in the ultra-cozy bedroom, with the option of adding a fold-out guest bed in the living area. If booked with the October Sunrise B&B suite, up to six people can stay, with the two accommodations conveniently connected via the balcony. Ask for a package deal, if you are interested to stay here with a bunch of your friends or family. Please note, we are a quiet little spot, not really a party pad, although tons of fun can be had just the same!
The Loft is priced at $160.- per night for double occupancy, plus $25 for each extra person.
The standard rate applies to 2-night minimum bookings. We offer great discounts for weekly and monthly stays - please inquire for details. We'd love to welcome you at October Sunrise!!
